IIM Lucknow Executive Program in Strategic HR Management Launched; Apply till March 30, 2022

New Delhi: IIM Lucknow has launched the ‘Executive Program in Strategic HR Management” for the academic session 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit their applications on the official portal @iiml.ac.in. 

IIM Lucknow has curated the Executive Program in Strategic HR Management in collaboration with WileyNXT. Candidates interested in admissions can apply till March 30, 2022. 

IIM Lucknow Executive Program Admission 2022: Highlights 

The institute has planned to commence the first batch of the Executive Program in Strategic HR Management from April 16, 2022. The course has been specifically designed for ‘aspiring human resource executives who are passionate about building tech-savvy future organisations.’ 

The Executive Program in Strategic HR will be a six-month experiential learning program. The program will help deliver impactful business results to customers, organisations, employees and partners. Upon successful completion of the program, a joint certification from IIM Lucknow and Wiley will be provided to the participants. 

IIM Lucknow Executive Program Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfil the eligibility requirements to enrol for IIM Lucknow Admission 2022 into the executive program in strategic HR management. 

• Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in any discipline with a 50% or equivalent score in the highest qualification, and at least 3 years of work experience in business or an education specialisation in Human Resources roles. 
• Knowledge of programming and statistics is good to have but not mandatory.

IIM Lucknow Executive Program Admission 2022: How to Apply?

• Visit the official application portal of IIM Lucknow, iiml.ac.in. 
• Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.
• Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.
• Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 
• Applicants must also take a print out of the applications for future reference.

Speaking about the conduct of the executive program, Professor Girsh Balasubramanian, Assistant Professor of Human Resource Management, IIM Lucknow said, that considering the after-effect of the ongoing pandemic, the institute is noticing that most of the companies are going through core transformations in their culture, values and talent strategy resulting in the HR domain to become a lot more agile. 

Due to the demand of the new skills of the function, it is imperative to create professionals who are equipped and skilled enough to help enterprises adopt and deploy disruptive technologies across the system, he said.
