IIM Raipur has launched an executive PGP program from the 2020 session that provides insights from general management theories, soft skills and analytical methods with real-world business cases.
This flagship Postgraduate Program in Management (PGP) course is divided into 6 terms with 3.5 months dedicated to each. Students will be at ease to attend classes from campus or form the comfort of their homes.

IIM Raipur ePGP Course: An Overview
Executive PGP program will offer deep insights into cutting-edge management concept, global business trends and industry practices. Participants will discover new perspectives of diverse functions.
The course is specifically curated for junior-senior management, professionals intending to augment their expertise in diverse fields.
Amid COVID-19 pandemic given travelling is a big challenge, the course will be a blend of on-campus and online delivery. Classes will be conducted online and students can avail reading material in online mode only.

- At least 2 years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience until 1 January 2021.
- At least 50% (or equivalent CGPA) in preceding degree, minimum being Bachelor’s degree or equivalent).

IIM Raipur Course 2020: Admission Process Details
The admission committee of IIM Raipur will select deserving candidates through a three-tier process of admission. These include shortlisting, interview and final selection rounds as stated below:
Shortlisting
Admission committee will shortlist candidates based on composite scores that include academic performance at senior secondary and Bachelors’ level or equivalent.
Work experience as on January 1, 2021, will add to the composite score. Meanwhile, Diversity factor is applicable for female candidates or from a non-engineering background.
Interview
IIM Raipur will invite prospective students for an interview to evaluate their expertise in the industry, communication skills, leadership ability, and potential diversity factor.
Final Selection
IIM Raipur will select deserving candidates for Executive PGP course based on these criteria:
- Composite Score of each candidate following which the merit list would be prepared.
- NC(OBC) candidate: 10% relaxation in composite scores (wrt. general category’s cutoff).
- SC/ST/PWD: 20% relaxation in composite scores (wrt. general category’s cutoff).
