IIM Shillong MBAWE Admission Open 2023-25; Last Date to Apply is November 30

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Shillong has begun the application process for the MBA for Working Executives (MBAWE) for the academic session 2023-25. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @https://www.iimshillong.ac.in/.

IIM Shillong is conducting the round 1 admission process for the MBA Programme for Working Executives. Candidates seeking admission to the MBAWE programme can submit their applications till November 30, 2022. 

Admission to the MBAWE programme will be done based on the scores obtained by the candidates in WEMAT followed by an interview process.

IIM Shillong MBAWE Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the MBAWE programme will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria. 

• Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in any discipline with minimum 50% aggregate marks or an equivalent CGPA [45% in case of the candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST) and Differently Abled (DA)].
• Candidates must have a minimum 3 years of full-time work experience (as on 31 May 2023) after graduation.

IIM Shillong will conduct a written eligibility test for admission – Working Executive Management Aptitude Test (WE-MAT). The WE-MAT would follow a similar pattern as the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by IIMs. However, those having either a minimum 50 percentile in CAT or a score of at least 500 in GMAT are eligible to be exempted from the above test.

IIM Shillong MBAWE Admission 2023: Selection Process

• Admission to the MBA-We programme (2023-25) will be conducted in two rounds. 
• Filling of the application form by interested candidates
• Candidates not having valid CAT/GMAT score as above will need to appear for WE-MAT
• Shortlisting of applicants for Interview Process. The applicants will be informed about this process, once they were shortlisted for the interview process, which will be held over online mode.

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of IIM Shillong @https://www.iimshillong.ac.in/

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
