IIM Sirmaur Placements 2022: 100% Batch Gets Placed with 33% Hike in Average CTC


IIM Sirmaur Placements 2022 has been successfully completed for its 6th outgoing MBA Batch. The institute recorded 100% placements with a 33% rise in average CTC and a 66% increase in the highest CTC offered to students. 

As per IIM Sirmaur, out of a total of 186 students pursuing an MBA, 183 students participated in the final placement drive of the institute. For the 2022-22 session, 240 job offers were extended by more than 140 companies that visited the campus.

Following the IIM Sirmaur Placement 2022, the institute recorded an increase in both average salary and the highest salary packages offered to students. The highest offer has gone up to INR 26.5 LPA in 2022 from INR 16 LPA, while the average salary package stood at INR 12.74 LPA.

According to the IIM Sirmaur MBA 2020-22 Placement report, out of the total 183 MBA batch students, 179 registered for the placement drive, while the remaining 4 students decided to opt-out of the recruitment process. “During the Placement Season 2021-2022, a participating 183 students received 240 offers, and such success was achieved across an increasingly diverse set of industries” the data further reads.

IIM Sirmaur Placements 2022 saw a total of 140+ recruiters visiting the campus for its final placement drive. During the drive, 240 job offers were made to 183 students and many students received multiple offers from various recruiters.

In other news, the institute is currently accepting applications for admission to its MBA course for the academic year 2022-24. The institute has already conducted the GD-PI round for final selection. Results will be out by June 2022.
