New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Trichy has started the academic session for the second batch of Post Graduate Certificate Programme in Strategic Management (PGCSM). The session was started on March 26, 2022.
IIM Trichy has designed the PGCSM program syllabus to offer a set of concepts and tools that equip experienced leaders to make faster decisions, collaborate effectively in a fast paced environment, and lead organizations with impact.

The Program was inaugurated by the chief guest Shri K Vaitheeswaran, co-founder and CEO of Again Drinks. During the ceremony, Professor Bipin Dixit urged the students to be more dedicated and active and to strive to learn and explore opportunities in different domains during the course of this programme.
Furthermore, Dr. Nagendra Chowdhary from Times TSW prioritised the importance of strategy in enhancing one’s analytical abilities.

The second batch PGCSM programme consists of 44 candidates with an average work experience of around 12 years from 19 different industries including management consulting. 72% of the batch hold managerial positions and above. 11.4% of the batch consists of females, the institute informed.
