IIT Madras Collaborates with CADFEM to Offer Certificate Course in Emerging Technologies; Check Details Here

Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Madras Pravartak Technologies Foundation has collaborated with CADFEM to offer an ANSYS certificate course which will provide intensive online training in emerging technologies. 

Candidates interested in pursuing the IIT Madras certificate course will get hands-on training using ANSYS in engineering 5G- NextGen communication system, autonomous vehicle engineering and smart mobility, hybrid and electric vehicle (EV) engineering. 

IIT Madras ANSYS Certificate Course 2022: Highlights 

The institute has decided to commence the 4-months ANSYS certificate Course from April 14, 2022 and conclude it on August 15, 2022. Therefore, the interested candidates can register for the course till April 7, 2022. 

V Kamakoti, Director, IIT Madras, said that the Pravartak Technologies Foundation of the institute has selected three important areas – 5G, autonomous vehicles and EV, for the human capacity training that India will need in large numbers in the near future. 

Therefore, the ANSYS certificate course will provide the required foundation for the working professionals to stay ahead and develop robust Atma Nirbhar solutions in the respective areas, he said. 

IIT Madras ANSYS Certificate Course 2022: Eligibility Criteria 

In order to enrol in the ANSYS certificate course, the candidates should meet the requisite eligibility criteria, i.e., the candidate should hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in engineering or a degree in MSc (electronics), or they should be a PhD scholar, faculty members and working professional from industry/start-ups.

IIT Madras ANSYS Certificate Course 2022: Course Details 

Participants of the course will be introduced to the world of multi-physics simulation through the certificate program and will also gain 4 months access to ANSYS Licenses and free access to premium ANSYS learning hub for a year. 

The 4-month certificate course will include 200 hours practical sessions, 40 hours mini project, 60 hours self-paced learning to improve the participants with innovative thinking.

Upon successful completion of the course, the participants will be awarded with a Certificate of Completion that will help with their career growth and progression.
