IIT Madras to Host its Annual Entrepreneurship Summit from April 7; Check Details Here

New Delhi: Entrepreneurship Cell at IIT Madras will host the student-run entrepreneurial festival “Annual Entrepreneurship Summit” from April 07 to April 09, 2023. The IIT Madras E-Summit 2023 is the first summit in India to receive accreditation from ISO, G20, and UNESCO.

As per IIT Madras, the theme for this year’s E-Summit 2023 is "Assemblage of Changemakers". The summit's goal is to bring together individuals who are willing to take the unconventional path and can make ground-breaking discoveries to solve critical problems.

Informing about the IIT Madras’ E-Summit ‘23, the official website reads, “The IIT Madras E-Summit 2023 caters to over 800 startups in various sectors with participation from over 400 colleges featuring over 50 events spread across four conclaves”.

“In addition to this, the summit features more than 30 speakers, 25 VCs & Investors, and over 5K attendees, making it a fantastic opportunity to network and connect with fellow students, entrepreneurs, and changemakers!”, the official website further added. 

For the 2022 session, IIT Madras Entrepreneurship Cell organised the seventh iteration of its annual 'Entrepreneurship Summit' from March 03 to March 06, 2022. The summit was held in online mode to promote innovation and entrepreneurship.

In other news, IIT Madras has recently launched the world's first 4-year Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Data Science and Applications. The admission process for this course is now open for all interested and eligible candidates on the official website at study.iitm.ac.in.

To apply for IIT Madras BS (Data Science and Application) Admission 2023, candidates need to have class 12th qualifications from any recognised examination board. There is no age limit for admission and candidates can take the course from anywhere.
