IIT Mandi, NSDC Collaborate To Launch Certificate Programs On Data Science And Machine Language

New Delhi: The National Skills Development Corporation, NSDC and the Indian Institute of Technology, IIT Mandi, have introduced certificate programmes in the fields of data science and machine learning.

IIT Mandi faculty members will lecture the courses through live-streamed sessions. Admission to the course will be on the basis of an eligibility that will be held on October 15 and 16, 2022.

The course will begin for a certificate and advanced certificate programme in the very first week of November 2022.

The time period for certificate course is 6 months and for advanced certificate it is 9 months long. IIT Mandi and NSDC will altogether provide the required programme certificates after the course has been completed.

The certificate programme aims to provide applicants with a solid foundation in data science and to specialise them in Python-based machine learning for making decisions using data. Candidates will be able to explore professions as Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, Business Intelligence Professionals, and Consultants on new-age skills after completing the course.
