IIT Roorkee Launches New M.Tech Programme in Drinking Water and Sanitation; Last Date to Apply is May 11

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee Department of Water Resources and Development and Management will soon be starting a new M.Tech programme of Drinking Water and Sanitation, for which admission will start from April 11, 2022. The last date to apply for the programme is May 11, 2022.

The M.Tech Program in Drinking Water and Sanitation of IIT Roorkee is structured to address a wide range of topics and developing issues linked to drinking water and sanitation, including technological and governance difficulties.

Candidates will be selected for the new M.Tech Programme on the basis of their score Joint Admission Test will be used to approve applicants for the master’s programme at IIT Roorkee. On March 21, the institute also published the JAM scorecard 2022 at jam.iitr.ac.in. .

Students applying for the IIT Roorkee Admission in MTech in Drinking water and Sanitation have done at least bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks from a recognized university. 

IIT Roorkee M.Tech Admission 2022: Selection Criteria 

Candidates will be selected on the basis of the marks scored in the Joint Admission Test (JAM) for admission into the IIT Roorkee M.Tech Programme in Drinking Water and Sanitation. The scorecard of JAM has already been released on March 21, 2022.

Students taking admission in MTech in Drinking Water and Sanitation have to fill out an admission form available online. 

• Students have to visit the official website of the institute. 
• Visit the admission portal of the IIT Roorkee. 
• Fill the application form for MTech with specific courses and other essential details.
• Pay the application fee general category Rs. 300 and SC/ST category Rs. 150.
• Submit the Application form. 
• Get a printout of the application form for future use.
