The agreement was signed with the director of RIMS, Imphal, on behalf of Headquarters Eastern Command, Headquarters 101 Area, Shillong, and Central Organization, ECHS by the regional director of the Ex-Servicemen Contributory Health Scheme in Guwahati.
According to a defence statement, this MoA will facilitate cashless and capless medical treatment to ESM beneficiaries and dependents of ECHS in Manipur, including Assam Rifles ECHS members at CGHS prices.
