Jharkhand Rai University (JRU) offers PhD Programme in various subjects including Commerce, Management, Chemistry, Agriculture and Botany. Candidates seeking admission to the PhD programme can submit their applications till January 31, 2023.
Admission to the PhD programme is done considering the candidates' performance in the entrance test on February 19, 2023.

Jharkhand Rai University PhD Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates intending to enrol for admission to the PhD programme will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria.
- Candidates who has obtained any Master’s Degree or equivalent from a UGC/AICTE recognized body with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/Cat-I and Differently-abled candidates) in aggregate or equivalent grade.
Exemptions for Entrance Exam
Candidates fulfilling one of the following conditions will be exempted from the entrance examination:
- Those candidates who have qualified NET/ SLET/ M.Phil / People with exceptional achievements in related fields with 15 years of experience (Subject to the discretion of the Vice-Chancellor).

- Candidate's selection to the Ph.D programme will be based on Entrance Test and marks obtained in the qualifying Examinations
- Final cutoff marks will be decided by the University before publication of the results

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.
Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.
Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form.
Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
