JKCET 2020: Counselling Process
Earlier, the counselling process took place in offline mode, but the board has advised conducting the counselling via digital mode. This is to ensure the safety of both students and the staff.
The eligible candidates have to report to the JKBOPEE head office in Jammu and Srinagar for all the formalities. They will have to register themselves and submit the required paperwork.
The committee will then invite the participants in the JK CET 2020 Counselling process with one time slot only at 8.30 AM-10.00 AM.
The Counselling schedule is designed according to the ranks of the students. The ranks are assigned on the basis of the Merit secured by the candidates in JKCET 2020 exam.
In view of the Covid-19 situation, the counselling will be conducted online only and candidates get a chance to appear the next day if not available according to the schedule. The authorities will then allot a different rank to the student and the candidates cannot claim seats from the previous day.
Further if any candidates does not show up for the counselling, they will be not intimated for the next round of selection process.
