JMI Admission 2022 to be conducted through CUET 2022; Last Date to Apply Extended till May 31

New Delhi: Jamia Millia Islamia has begun the admission application process for the academic year 2022-23. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal i.e. jmi.ac.in till May 31, 2022. Students who have successfully completed their plus two exam are eligibile to apply for the various UG Courses in JMI. 

Jamia Millia Islamia University offers admission to multiple UG courses. Interested candidates seeking admission to the programme can submit their applications till May 31, 2022. 

Earlier, the university decided to shortlist applicants on the basis of the Common University Entrance Test. As per the latest information, the varsity is to admit students to 10 UG courses on the basis of their CUET scores.

Below mentioned are the eligibility criteria required for seeking admission to the varsity:

• Aspiring candidates must have valid score in CUET (for courses that accept CUET score)

• Candidates must get through the Entrance test conducted by JMI for admission to the non-CUET courses. They must score 30% in the descriptive part of the entrance test

• Candidates must hold a valid score in any of the acceptable entrance exams such as JEE, NEET, NET/SET

Interested candidates can take note of the following points to know how to get selected to the courses offered by the JMI University:

• Firstly the applicants are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in CUET or any other aforementioned entrance exams

• Shortlisted candidates then have to appear for the personal interview round

Step 1- Visit the official application portal of Jamia Millia Islamia 

Step 2- Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3- Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form

Step 4- Pay the application fee of online and submit the Application form

Step 5-Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs

Step 6- Applicants can make correction to the application form within the prescribed window

Step 7- Candidates also need to send the hard copy of the filled form along with required documents to the university office
