JUIT Waknaghat M.Sc Admission 2022 Open; Last Date to Apply is July 31

New Delhi: Jaypee University of Information Technology, (JUIT) Waknaghat, has begun the application process for the M.Sc Program for the academic session 2022-24. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @juit.ac.in by July 31, 2022. 

The Department of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics at JUIT, Waknaghat offers M.Sc in Biotechnology and Microbiology. Candidates seeking admission to the programme can submit their applications till July 31, 2022.

JUIT, Waknaghat M.Sc Admission 2022: Highlights 

The university has allotted a total of 30 seats in the M.Sc courses, that is 20 seats for M.Sc. (Biotechnology) and 10 seats of M.Sc.(BT), which is supported by DBT and admission to these two specialisations is through GAT-B qualified rank in order of merit. 

JUIT Waknaghat M.Sc Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admissions into the M.Sc programme must meet the requisite eligibility criteria which are mentioned below. 

• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, environmental sciences, physical sciences, agricultural sciences, computer sciences, medicine (MBBS) or B.D.S, pharmacy, veterinary and fishery sciences or any other degree recognized equivalent there to by the University with at least 45% marks aggregate/equivalent CGPA (for SC/ST), 50% marks aggregate/ equivalent CGPA (for other categories).

• Candidates seat allotment to the M.Sc program will be based on the merit of UG Program in a phased manner. 
• Admission will be purely based on the candidate’s overall graduation marks/CGPA.
• Candidates need to produce their original documents for verification. 

JUIT Waknaghat M.Sc Admission 2022: How to Apply?

• Visit the official application portal of JUIT Waknaghat, @www.juit.ac.in. 
• Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.
• Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.
• Pay the application fee of INR 500 online or offline (Draft to be made in favor of “JUIT, Waknaghat” payable at Shimla) and submit the Application form. 
• Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
