LBS Kerala has released the application for NRI students for the academic year 2022-2023. The NRI quota is 5% of the total intake. Candidates seeking admission to the B.Tech programme can apply online by July 4, 2022. 

 The Duration of the LBS Course is 4 years. The college provides accommodation to all needy students in its on-campus and off-campus hostels.

LBS Kerala B.Tech NRI Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria 

Academic Eligibility is as per the prospectus issued by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala for admission to the professional Degree Course, 2022. 

The eligibility of NRI seats is as per the Section 2 (o) of Kerala Professional College or Institutions Act XIX of 2006 which is as follows: 

“Non-Resident Indian seats’ means seats reserved for children or wards or dependents of Non-Resident Indians to whom admission is given by the management in a fair, transparent and non-exploitive manner on the basis of fees as may be prescribed.” 

Applicant should complete 17 years of age as of 31-12-2022. No relaxation in the minimum age will be allowed. There is no upper age limit.

LBS Kerala B.Tech NRI Admission 2022: Selection Process 

Selection of candidates will be based on the rank list prepared for the purpose of observing the following criteria.

• Percentage of total marks obtained for the optional subjects of XII (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics). 
• If there is a tie, the percentage of marks for Mathematics will be counted. 
• If there is still a tie, the Percentage of Marks for Physics, Chemistry & total marks in the qualifying examination will be counted in sequences.

• Step 1: Visit the official website of LBS Kerala at lbscek.ac.in
• Step 2: Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id etc.
• Step 3: Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill in all details in the Application form.
• Step 4: Pay the application fee of 1000 INR and submit the Application form. 
• Step 5: Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs.
