New Delhi: Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management (LBSIM) Delhi has successfully completed its placement 2023 for PGDM Batch of 2021-23. The average salary received has increased by 10% to INR 12.42LPA.
LBSIM witnessed 50+ companies covering all major domains like Finance, Research & Consultancy, Sales & Marketing, Human Resource and Operations, participating in the placement season making offers to 214 students. On successful completion of LBSIM placement for the PGDM 2021-23 batch, Prof. Shelendra K Tyagi, Head Corporate Relations & Student Affairs, LBSIM New Delhi said,
“Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management also witnessed an improvement in diversity of recruiters and job profiles offered to the students. The recruiters reinforced their trust more strongly in the talented students, the pedagogy, continuously evolving curriculum, and the faculty at LBSIM, which is evident from the increase in selections and additional multiple job profiles per company.
” The median salary received by the students at LBSIM Placement 2023 is INR 12.05 LPA while the highest salary was Rs.24.75 LPA. Along with this, the students have also been offered 39 PPO Offers. Research & Consultancy, and Finance were the major recruiting sectors in LBSIM Placement 2023 season while companies from all major domains like Sales & Marketing, Human Resource and Operations made multiple offers.
Top Recruiters include DE Shaw & Co, Deloitte, EY, KPMG, Bain & Co, Darashaw, Asian Paints, Airtel, Havells, Gartner, ZS Associates, Egon Zehnder, Capgemini among other industry leaders from across sectors. DE Shaw, Airtel, Carrier, Havells, Darashaw, Egon Zehnder, SBI Card, Makemytrip, ICICI Lombard, Info Edge, Volvo Eicher are some of the first time recruiters participating in the placement season.
