New Delhi: LPCET 2022 exam application intake are now open for students to get admission in various Polytechnic institutions of Telangana state for the academic year 2022- 23. Candidates can apply for the exam through the official portal, sbtet.telangana.gov.in. The last date to submit the form is May 24, 2022. 

The State Board of Technical Education and Training, Hyderabad will conduct the Lateral Entry into Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (LPCET) for the qualified ITI candidates who are seeking admission into the Diploma Courses in Engineering. 

Candidates who have passed the ITI course with 60% marks along with the Bridge course conducted by the Department of Employment and Training (DET) are eligible.

• Candidates must have completed a two-year ITI course in addition to the Bridge course.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 60% overall in their ITI.
• There is no upper age limit for those who apply.

LPCET 2022: How To Apply?

• Visit the official website of the State Board of Technical Education and Training at, sbtet.telangana.gov.in.
• Click on the LPCET 2022 link.
• Then click on the Application link and download the application form.
• Fill in the details in the application form as per the guidelines.
• Then send the application form along with the DD of the application fee to the authority.
• Candidates must keep a copy of the application for further use.

LPCET 2022: Exam Pattern

• The exam will be conducted in offline mode.
• The questions will be of objective type in the exam paper.
• The exam consists of two papers, Paper 1 and Paper 2.
• Each exam will be of 02 hours duration.
• Candidates must score 40% marks in both exams.
