Maharashtra First Year Junior College (FYJC) online Admission 2020 process has started on August 01, 2020.

The Interested students can apply for the admission through the official website, (11thadmission.org.in) by folloing the application procedure. 

Mumbai FYJC Colleges to begin admissions

Maharashtra Government, FYJC(First Year Junior Colleges) have provided notification regarding admission procedure and the eligibility criteria for various courses. The admission process for this academic session is being held in an online medium due to COVID pandemic.

Although, the grade 11 admission process has already begun on July 26, 2020. Now from today the students are allowed to register themselves with the education department for the Admissions through an online mode.

 FYJC Maharashtra is bifurcated into 6 various regions namely-

  • Mumbai
  • Pune
  • Nashik
  • Nagpur
  • Amravati
  • Aurangabad

On the completion of the registration procedure, the merit list for the different courses will be released. Interested candidates from other state boards can also apply for the admission by filling up Part A of the application form.fill the Part A of the application form.

Documents Required for Admission to FYJC Colleges 2020

  • Grade 10 Certificate
  • Caste Certificate
  • Original School Leaving Certificate

Eligibility Criteria for Applying to FYJC Colleges 2020

  • Aspirants applying for FYJC should have passed SSC or an equivalent level exam
  • English has to be the core subject in the examination, reported India.com.
  • Applicants must have secured a minimum aggregate of 35 per cent in grade 10 exam for admission in Science stream.

Here are some of the steps you can follow to fill up your application form:

  1. Visit the official website of FYJC
  2. Choose the region 
  3. Register your email id
  4. Login in with your registered id and password 
  5. Enter your personal details and complete Part A of the registration process
  6. Proceed with the second part of the registration process where you will have to select the college of your choice
  7. Make sure the details you have submitted are correct and click on submit

It has also been observed that with the advent of high scorers in Central as well as the State boards for Grade 10 Examination has caused a subsequent rise in the challenges for the admission of the candidates in Grade 11 for this academic session.
