Microsoft Cybersecurity Skilling Program 2021-22: Microsoft has recently launched a cybersecurity skilling program to empower India’s workforce for a career in cybersecurity. The program will offer cybersecurity skills to over 1 lakh participants in India by 2022.
With the launch of the Cybersecurity Skilling Program 2021-22, Microsoft aims to offer hands-on experience to students and participants in various aspects of cyber security, including security, compliance, and identity.
The Microsoft Cybersecurity Skilling Program 2021-22 will be offered along with Cloud that, Koenig, RPS, and Synergetics Learning. The course will include theoretical as well as practical applications of the concepts.
Referring to the initiative, Anant Maheshwari, President, Microsoft India, said, “Trust and security are at the heart of who we are as a company, and we work closely with governments, civil society, and organizations across the world to help them stay secure".
"Investing in cybersecurity skills and preparing the next generation of security leaders is a big part of that effort. Microsoft is deeply committed to democratizing skills for all and this program is a strong step in making cybersecurity skills accessible and affordable for all" he added.

The course module is specially designed to offer a better learning experience to participants and offer support to all levels of learners. Students, as well as professionals, will be able to benefit from this program.
In addition to the launch of the Microsoft Cybersecurity Skilling Program 2021-22, Microsoft will offer various discount offers on its advanced role-based certificates. The offers will be provided to interested students in collaboration with its partners.

The initiative has been taken under Microsoft's Global Skilling program. The initiative aims to offer new digital skills to over 25 million people around the globe. Out of which 3 million people have been offered various digital programs.
To offer digital skills, Microsoft has joined hands with various government, industry, and civil society partners. Under these partnerships, various initiatives will be taken to make India ready for the digital era.
