The Department of Communication and Journalism is still accepting the applications for admission in PG courses. Interested candidates can now visit the website and apply Online.
Mumbai University - [MU], Mumbai conducts a mandatory Entrance Exam for the PG Courses and on the basis of this selected candidates will be called for the Personal Interview.
Admission is offered on the basis of merit secured in the Entrance Exam and their Personality. The Merit list for the counselling will be the result for all the affiliated colleges to Mumbai University.
In the month of June, the University commenced the applications forms online for the admission process. For the year 2020, the portal was developed dedicated to the Admission Committee.
In light of the Covid-19 situation, the University is accepting only Online Applications only and has announced the Exam to be conducted in the Month of October via Offline mode.

DCJ 2020: How to Apply?
Candidates need to follow the below steps for applying in the DCJ 2020 Exam:
- Visit the official website http://dcjmumbai.mu.ac.in/index.html
- Scroll to the Application form in the homepage
- Select the program you want to join
- After that, the portal for application form will open
- Register yourself with the valid email address and Phone number
- log in from the id received by the University
- Fill in your personal and academic details
- Upload the required documents and submit the application form
- The portal will be directed to the payment page. Candidates are required to pay the amount via Net Banking/ credit card or debit card.
- Once the payment is verified, the application form will be submitted in the portal.
Mumbai University releases the Merit List after the Entrance exam is conducted. On the basis of that, the colleges can offer admission to the students on the basis of their rank and counselling.
This year the University has released 4 Merit lists in order to fill up the seat over the official website.
