New Delhi: National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM) and TalentSprint have partnered up to provide an Advanced Programme in Banking and Leadership Course for a better Digital World. As per the official press note, this six month case study driven programme is for the digitally first professionals who are also looking for developing digital transformation initiatives in their own organisations.
The programme by NIBM and TalentSprint, this new programme aims at providing more practical knowledge about the digitalisation process among the participants.
Advanced Programme in Banking & Leadership: Highlights
NIBM and TalentSprint have come up with this course to strengthen the digitalisation in the world. Here are a few highlights of the course:
- The course will be delivered on the digital platform of TalentSprint. Applicants can visit the official page and apply online
- This will be a six month case study driven course to provide a detailed knowledge of digital transformation in banking and financial institutions
- The programme will be supported by capstone and LIVE banking projects so that the candidates can gain expertise in this area and become well-equipped to lead any digital initiative in their respective organisations
- The programme will be taught by an expert team of leading researchers and the experts in digital banking. The course will be supervised by the Programme Director, Dr. Arindam Bandyopadhyay
- This online programme will be concluded with a certification ceremony during the 2 day campus visit at the state-of-the-art NIBM campus in Pune.
While discussing the collaboration and launching of the programme, Shri B V Chaubal, Chairperson, Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL) has explained how this is the perfect time to launch such an initiative as the banking ecosystem is changing rapidly. Modern day bankers must be tech-savvy as well as must have clear analytical capabilities.
