NIN Hyderabad M.Sc Admission 2022 Open; Last Date to Apply is June 30

New Delhi: National Institute of Nutrition Hyderabad has begun the application process for M.Sc programmes for the academic year 2022-2023. Aspiring candidates can apply online through the official website nin.res.in. The last date to apply is June 30, 2022.

NIN Hyderabad offers its M.Sc degree in Applied Nutrition (AN) and Sports Nutrition (SN) for a duration of 2 years. It is mandatory to appear in the NIN Common Entrance Test (N-CET) to get admission. The hall tickets for the entrance test are available from July 6 onwards. 

To be eligible for the M.Sc course of NIN Hyderabad candidates need to have a bachelor's degree in the relevant subject. A counselling round is also conducted by the university as a part of the selection process.

M.Sc Applied Nutrition

• Aspiring candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/ Food & Nutrition/ Applied Nutrition/Nutrition & Dietetics Home Science/ Food Science/ Biochemistry/ Zoology/ Applied Nutrition & Public Health /Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics/ Nursing from any recognized university.
• Candidates must hold a valid score in any of the acceptable entrance exams such as the NIN Common Entrance Test. 

M.Sc Sports Nutrition

• Aspiring candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition/ Food & Nutrition/ Applied Nutrition/Nutrition & Dietetics Home Science/ Food Science/ Biochemistry/ Zoology/ ‘Food Science and Quality Control’ B.Sc. Life Sciences (Botany, Genetics, Microbiology)/ BAMS from any recognized university.
• Candidates must hold a valid score in any of the acceptable entrance exams such as the NIN Common Entrance Test.

• Firstly the applicants are shortlisted on the basis of their performance in N-CET. 
• Shortlisted candidates will then have to appear for the counselling rounds. 
• Final selection is based on the overall performance in the entrance exam and the last qualifying degree. 

NIN Hyderabad M.Sc Admission 2022: How to Apply 

• Step 1: Visit the official application portal of NIN Hyderabad, at nin.res.in
• Step 2: Register yourself after filling in the required details, such as Mobile Number, Email Id etc.
• Step 3: Now, log in with your registration credentials and fill in all details in the Application form.
• Step 4: Pay the application fee as required and submit the Application form. 
• Step 5: Applicants must also take a printout of the form for all future needs.
