NIT Andhra Pradesh To Train Students in Computer-Aided Engineering with BETA CAE Systems; Check more details


New Delhi: NIT Andhra Pradesh has signed an MoU with BETA CAE Systems to train students from BTech & MTech in learning, practising, and applying their abilities in multiple mechanical engineering areas.

This agreement with BETA CAE Systems, a company that develops tools and processes for engineering simulation, will provide BTech and MTech students with industry-level information and train them on pre-processor and post-processor software training. 

These courses will help them to succeed in the engineering simulation employment market.

NIT Andhra Pradesh Admission 2022

The MoU was signed between NIT Andhra Pradesh Director Prof CSP Rao and BETA CAE Systems India, Chief executive officer Stavros Kleidarias. 

The objective of this collaboration is to provide students of NIT Andhra Pradesh with practical experience and exposure to the latest innovations in the field of engineering simulation in applications related to their studies required for the job market.

According to a statement from NIT Andhra Pradesh, this partnership with BETA CAE Systems will help Engineering students of NIT Andhra Pradesh to obtain practical experience of the latest software tools in engineering simulation. A course will be started in this regard, which will mainly aim to equip students with industry skills and knowledge required in the market such as pre-and post-processor software training.

NIT Andhra Pradesh Courses & Fees

Briefing about the collaboration, Director of NIT Andhra Pradesh, Professor CSP Rao said, “The institute has Invited & requested the BETA CAE Systems to support their efforts in the holistic training of our students and faculties by sharing the industry experience in its field of research."

"Both the company and the institute will try to further identify & formulate appropriate programmes to train students to acquire practical skills, which will complement their academic foundation with the purpose of improvement in their employment potential.” Prof. Rao added. 

The course will start in the third year for B.Tech students and it will end in the final year. It will be a 180 hours syllabi course which will be designed to work as a bridge to fill the gap between academic education & industry skills and knowledge requirements.
