New Delhi: National Institute of Technology (NIT) Uttarakhand is inviting applications for admission to its full-time and part-time PhD programme offered by its various departments for the academic session 2023-24. Interested candidates can apply online till January 03, 2023.

NIT Uttarakhand is offering a gamut of PhD courses in the field of Engineering, and Science. Applicants Interested in the PhD program can apply at the NIT Uttarakhand official portal at nituk.ac.in

To apply for NIT Uttarakhand Admission 2023, the employed applicant must have a PG degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 60% score with a mandatory GATE/ NET (CSIR/ UGC/ LS) score.

Relaxation of GATE/ NET score will be offered only for part-time PhD candidates, or candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in reputed Academic/ Industrial Organizations or Govt funded Research Projects. 

Candidates will be selected based on written tests. A minimum of 40% score is mandatory for getting shortlisted for the interview round.

Step 1: Visit the official website of NIT Uttarakhand at nituk.ac.in

Step 2: From the homepage, click on “ Academic” and click on “Admission”, Scroll down and click on “Application Form for Admission to PhD” to proceed to apply.

Step 3: Fill in the application form with the correct details and required documents and pay the application fee.

Step 4: Submit the application form with all the required documents to the Assistant Registrar (Academic), NIT Uttarakhand on or before January 03, 2023, by 05:00 PM to complete the NIT Uttarakhand PhD Admission 2023 process.
