IIT 2020 Global Summit will be held today at 9.30 AM by PanIIT USA. PM Modi will be giving a keynote address at the summit on December 4 at 9.30 AM. The summit will be held from December 4-5, 2020.
The virtual summit will also include other personalities from different regions of the world explaining their issues and resolving them. Meanwhile, Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank has tweeted about the event and given details on how to view it online.

The theme of the global summit is "The Future is Now" which will include the global issues faced in the world of technology, innovation, universal education, economy and habitat conservation.
Covid-19 has affected the world in various ways, the virtual summit is organized to also view the factors which can be used to revive the world’s economy and adjust to the new reality.

The 20-year-old organization, PanIIT, has been conducting the global summits since 2003, inviting renowned personalities to give commencement addresses. The organisation is maintained by the team of volunteers from IIT Alumni.
