SP Jain School of Global Management, BDS Graduates Record 100% Employment

New Delhi: SP Jain School of Global Management (SPJSGM), Mumbai has declared the career outcomes for alumni of the bachelor of data science (BDS) programme, who have recorded 100% employment after six months of graduation. According to SPJSGM, there has been a 100% success rate in the placements, as it offers BDS students who chose to be placed in India ranging from INR 22 lakh to INR 36 lakh annually.

Many graduates were accepted for higher education in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia, while others obtained offers from companies with offices in Vietnam and Australia. In Australia, students were able to land positions with starting pay that ranged from AUD 78,000 to AUD 120,000.

The BDS programme graduates from SP Jain received job offers from a range of businesses, including Fortune 500 companies, technology start-ups, and government organisations like Acquarie Group, Amazon, Wolters Kluwer, EdgeRed Analytics Pty Ltd, Integrity Solutions, NSW Government (Grad Program), Viettel Big Data Analytics Center, OCB Bank, Savills Vietnam, and ITR Vietnam.

Speaking about the BDS Programme, Abhijit Dasgupta, director of the BDS programme at SP Jain, said that the Bachelor of Data Science programme at SP Jain is designed to give students a thorough understanding of data analysis and the skills necessary to tackle challenging business issues by effectively utilising both quantitative and qualitative data.

Students in class 12 who have a knack for maths and science are eligible to choose the BDS programme. Data science principles and techniques, programming and analytics, machine learning, simulation modelling, data mining, social web analytics, and big data processing methodologies and platforms are all included in the degree curriculum.
