SRM Institute of Science and Technology (SRMIST), Kattankulathur has begun the online registration process for its B Tech entrance examination, SRMJEEE 2021(SRM Joint Engineering Entrance Examination). Read the article to know how to apply.
Aspirants can fill the SRMJEE 2021 Application form till March 31, 2021 at the official website srmist.edu.in.
Qualifying in SRMJEEE 2021 provides access to all SRMIST campuses located in Kattankulathur (Main Campus), Vadapalani, Ramapuram, and Delhi – NCR; SRM University, Andhra Pradesh; SRM University, Sonepat–Haryana and SRM University, Sikkim. For further details, please visit www.srmist.edu.in.
Admissions to the B Tech programme are limited to the common entrance exam, SRMJEEE 2021, which is scheduled to take place in the second week of April 2021 in 127 Indian cities and 5 countries (Dubai, Doha, Muscat, Bahrain, and Kuwait). Last year, there were an overwhelming 1.52 lakh candidates who participated in India's No. 1 multi-stream university.
Entrance Exam Date and joint counselling will be announced in due course as per AICTE, UGC and Government Notifications. Applicants should have secured a minimum aggregate of 50% in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry/Biology for all campuses except SRM University, Andhra Pradesh, which requires a minimum aggregate of 60% in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Admission would be based on the rank of SRMJEEE, subject to the eligibility criteria.
Indians and non-resident Indians may apply for SRMJEEE 2021. NRI candidates who qualify for SRMJEEE 2021 and those who also receive regular counselling will be treated as domestic applicants for all four years.
