Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) has released the official notification regarding the release of the application form to provide admission in B.Sc Paramedical courses in Telangana.

The official authority in Telangana will conduct the admission process for paramedical courses in KNRUHS. The admission application process in B.Sc Paramedical courses in Telangana will commence on January 18, 2021. The last date to apply is January 27, 2021.

Candidates can check the following section to know the eligibility criteria and application process. The following tabulation gives the list of B.Sc paramedical courses offered in Telangana.

Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)

Bachelor of Nursing (B.Sc Nursing)

Bachelor of Science in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc MLT)

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing (2 Years)

Telangana B.Sc Paramedical Admission 2020: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates can check the following section to know the eligibility criteria to apply for each of the paramedical courses offered in Telangana. 

Courses 

Eligibility Criteria

BPT

  • Candidates should have passed 10+2, with Zoology/Botany, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects in Class 12
  • Class 12 Vocational course candidates will be eligible to apply if they have physiotherapy as a compulsory subject
  • Vocational course in Class 12 with Bridge course of Biological and Physical sciences candidates can also apply
  • The age limit of the candidate is at least 17 years of age by December 31.

B.Sc MLT

  • Candidates should have passed 10+2, with Zoology/Botany, Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects in Class 12
  • Diploma in Medical Lab Technology (MLT) is also an eligibility criterion to apply for B.Sc MLT
  • Class 12 Vocational course candidates will be eligible to apply if they have Medical Lab Technology (MLT) as a compulsory subject
  • Vocational course in Class 12 with Bridge course of Biological and Physical sciences candidates can also apply
  • The age limit of the candidate is at least 17 years of age by December 31.

B.Sc Nursing

  • Candidates should have passed class 12 examination with at least 45% marks with Biology, Chemistry and Physics as compulsory subjects.
  • Vocational course in Class 12 with Bridge course of Biological and Physical sciences candidates can also apply

Post Basic B.Sc Nursing

  • Candidates should have passed General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) from any recognized Institute
  • Two years of experience as a Staff Nurse in the Medical and Health Department and Vaidya Vidhana Parishad in Telangana can also apply
  • The age limit of the candidate is at least 17 years of age by December 31.

Telangana B.Sc Paramedical Admission 2020: Application Process

Candidates can follow the steps mentioned in the below section to apply for the B.Sc Paramedical admission in Telangana.

Step 1: Visit the official website @tspmb.telangana.gov.in 

Step 2: Click on the “Online Registration” tab on the homepage

Step 3: Fill up the online application form and pay the registration fee through online mode

Step 4: Submit the application form after the successful payment of registration fees

Step 5: Take a printout of the application form for future reference.

The registration fee for the candidates belonging to OC and BC categories is INR 2,000 and for the candidates belonging to SC and ST categories, the registration fee is INR 1,600. The application form should only be submitted online and candidates need to send a hardcopy of the application form to KNRUHS.

KNRUHS will release the dates for the certificate verification process and candidates who have applied for the B.Sc paramedical courses in Telangana should visit the nearby helpline centres to verify their certificates. 

The original certificates along with the printout of the application form and two sets of xerox copies of the original certificates should be submitted at the helpline centres.
