Tezpur University M.Des Admission 2022 Open; Last Date to Apply is May 5

New Delhi: Tezpur University, Assam has begun the application process for 2022-24. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @tezu.ernet.in by May 5, 2022. 

The Department of Design, School of Engineering, Tezpur University is offering the M.Des program as a postgraduate course for a period of two-years. Candidates seeking admission to the M.Des programme can submit their applications till May 5, 2022. 

All the eligible candidates will be admitted to the M.Des Program based on their score in the entrance exam, Common Entrance Examination for Design (CEED) 2022 followed by their performance in Personal Interview (PI).

Tezpur University M.Des Admission 2022: Highlights 

The varsity has allotted a total of 18 seats for admission to the M.Des course and reservation of seats will be according to the policy of the Govt. of India.

Tezpur University M.Des Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admissions into the M.Tech program will have to meet the following eligibility criteria: 

• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Design/ Engineering/ Architecture/ Planning/ Interior Design (10+2+4 years)/ 4-year B. Sc. (Engineering)/ 4 year Diploma in Design/ 4 year BFA / with minimum CPI/CGPA of 6.0 in a 10-point scale or at least 60% of total/ aggregate marks in qualifying degree and qualified CEED 2022 exam. 
• The minimum marks requirement is relaxed by lowering 0.5 in CPI/CGPA or 5% in marks for SC/ ST/ PwD candidates.

• Candidates will be selected for M.Des admission through a written test and/or interview
• Candidates will also need to produce an original certificate at the time of admission, for verification purposes. 

Tezpur University M.Des Admission 2022: How to Apply?

• Visit the official application portal of Tezpur University @www.tezu.ernet.in.
• Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.
• Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.
• Pay the application fee of INR 800 (General) and INR 400 (SC/ST) through SBI collect and submit the Application form. 
• Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
