Check out the prescribed eligibility criteria required for seeking admission to the LLM courses:

• Aspiring candidates must have completed a 3 year long LLB or 5 year long integrated LLB from any recognized university
• Candidates need to possess at least 55% marks in the passing exam
• Candidates from the SC/ST backgrounds can have 5% relaxation in their marks
• Candidates pursuing their final year exams / waiting for their results are also eligible to apply. However, they must have maintained 55% in average marks

VIT Law School LLM Admission 2022: Selection Process

Interested candidates need to take note of the following selection process before applying to the institute:

• Candidates can get shortlisted on the basis of their performance in All India Admission Test (AIAT) conducted in VIT Chennai campus 
• They can also get selected on the basis of CLAT, AILET (All India Law Entrance Test) and Delhi University LLM Entrance Test
• The 3 parts of the AIAT test and their weightage are
  • Par I (English language proficiency, General Knowledge, Analytical, Reasoning and Aptitude)- 40%
  • Part II (MCQ on Law prescribed by the BCI for the UG Law programme)- 40%
  • Part III (Direct Interview)- 20%

Step 2- Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3- Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form

Step 4- Pay the application fee of INR 1200/ 

Step 5- Upload the required documents and submit the Application form

Step 6- Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs
