Wipro introduces program to sponsor MTech studies for graduates; Check details

Wipro has introduced the Work Integrated Learning Program 2022, where it will sponsor M.Tech degrees for the graduates. That is, the students will get an opportunity to complete their M.Tech degree while working in the company. 

The technology major, Wipro has invited applications for the BCA and BSc graduates to join the work integrated learning program 2022, where they can pursue M.Tech programme  simultaneously working in the company. 

Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program 2022: Eligibility Criteria 

Interested candidates can apply for the programme by checking their eligibility criteria and applying online on the official Wipro website. A candidate should have passed their graduation with a score of minimum 60% or a CGPA of 6.0 as per the university guidelines to be eligible to apply for the program. 

Candidates should also note that the deadline to register for the program is October 24. Further, candidates who have pursued BCA degree, Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Statistics, Electronics and Physics, Information Technology, Mathematics, are eligible to apply for the programme.

Wipro’s Work Integrated Learning Program 2022: Selection Process 

In order to qualify for the (WILP) program, Wipro will conduct an online assessment, which will be for a duration of 80 minutes. The online assessment test comprises an aptitude test where the students have to answer Verbal, Analytical, Quantitative questions each section has 20 minutes, 20 questions),followed by a written communication test (20 minutes). 

Candidates who qualify the online assessment will further be called for a business discussion round. Meanwhile, they should also note that candidates who have participated in Wipro’s selection process conducted in the last three months will not be permitted to take up the online assessment. 

The registered candidates will receive an email from the company regarding the online assessment details. Moreover, the company has informed that candidates applying for the programme must have mandatorily studied Core Mathematics as one subject in Graduation. However, alternative subjects like Business Maths and Applied Maths as core Mathematics in graduation will not be considered. 

Wipro has announced that it will consider a candidate's application with a maximum of 3 years of education gap, however, it will be allowed from class 10 and graduation. Candidates with a gap in graduation will not be considered. 

Wipro said that education should be regular full-time, either in class 10th or 12tj or in the graduation recognized by the State/Central government of India. Also, students can have a maximum of 1 active backlog and offers will be given based on the clearance of backlogs.

Who is eligible? 

Besides the Indian citizens, the nationals of Bhutan and Nepal can also participate in the programme. However, they need to produce their citizenship certificate to be eligible for Wipro’s programs.
