XLRI Delhi Final Placements 2022: Sector Wise Recruiters
Based on the available positions, the leading domains at the placement drive were consulting, sales, and marketing.
Accenture Strategy, Deloitte, PwC, and other consulting companies have continued to choose XLRI as their preferred destination.
General Management roles were provided by Aditya Birla Group, Adani, and Bajaj Finserv. Dabur, Samsung, Beam Suntory, Brane, Thermofisher, and other prominent recruiters were among those that took part in the process.
M3M, a real estate developer, was hired from XLRI for the first time. Graduates were given jobs in strategy, sales & marketing, product supply, operations, and IT. XLRI graduates have also been engaged by BFSI companies such as Citibank, Natwest, and State Street Corporation.
The growing use of technology and more digitalisation led to a huge growth in employment in Product Management following waves of the pandemic.
Among the major recruiters that took part were Amazon, PayTM, Microsoft, Flipkart, PhonePe, Star Disney, Jio Platforms, Times Internet, Vodafone Idea, Info Edge, Fraazo, and Swiggy. For the first time, gaming companies such as Junglee Games and Games 24x7 hired XLRI graduates.
