No, it's not that difficult; you just need to fill out an admission form, which is available at SOL DU counters for a fee. Apply for admission to any program of your choice.

You can also go to the DU SOL website and select New Registration. Then, fill out the application form for the course you want to take. Fill out all of the required information and upload any necessary documents. Finally, pay the fee and then download the confirmation or acknowledgment slip.

Is it possible to have a migration from DU SOL to DU regular on the basis of your first year percentage?

DU SOL follows an annual system while the other colleges under Delhi University follow a semester system. Therefore, there is no possible migration in between the courses. 

At DU, the semester system for UG courses was introduced back in 2011. Which made it difficult for DU SOL students to seek migration in the second or third year of their courses in regular college.

Can I study a BCA from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University and simultaneously a B.A. from SOL?

Yes, as per the UGC guidelines you can pursue two or more degrees simultaneously but from different universities.

Swami Vivekanand Subharti University has all the mandatory recognitions for distance learning so you will get a globally valid degree. 

But before enrolling in any institution for distance learning, make sure you go through the authorized enrollment partner so that you can get all the services properly.
