How do you obtain Nagpur University's transcripts?

The best way is to visit the Nagpur University campus and get the transcripts physically. But since there are partial or complete lockdowns since the past year due to the pandemic, there is a virtual process which if followed correctly you can get your transcripts at your residence within 3-4 weeks. The steps are given below –

• You should have photocopies of your mark sheets and degree certificate.
• Then go to any scheduled bank and make a demand draft (DD) payable in favor of “Finance and Accounts Officer RTM Nagpur University” payable at Nagpur.
• The cost of the transcripts is INR 550 per page. So make a demand draft accordingly.
• Then print a cover letter requesting the authorities to send back the transcripts to you.
• Finally send the demand draft, the cover letter, and your documents (photocopies) to the following address – General Exam & Enquiry Section, Pariksha Bhawan Building, L.I.T Premises, Amravati Road, Bharat Nagar, Nagpur, Maharashtra. Pin – 440033
