In CSE, which is better between Thapar University and LNMIIT Jaipur?

NIRF has ranked Thapar University 29th in the Engineering category. Whereas, LNMIIT Jaipur has been ranked 194 for B.Tech by NIRF. As Thapar university is among the finest universities for CSE in North India and LNMIIT Jaipur is an emerging college in the field of IT, these colleges are compared often. CSE at Thapar University
