How is the correction of answer scripts by Osmania University Are they liberal or strict in correcting?
The process of correcting answer scripts by Osmania University is liberal. Most students are able to secure pass marks. However, the correction process becomes a little strict once you reach above 50 percent of the marks. It’s a lot stricter once you reach 80 percent.

Like in any other University, paper correction at Osmania University (OU) depends on what the candidate has written in the answer scripts and the evaluators hired by the affiliate colleges of the same university.
However, it is fairly liberal at Osmania University until the student achieves passing marks. After crossing the line of 50%, the checking is stricter. After 80%, the checking is extremely tough. No evaluator in the University wants a student to fail. So, even with a tough checking mindset, they try to be lenient until the scores cross the benchmark of 50%.
Usually, the evaluators focus on the quantity of content by avoiding the quality. Yet, in the end, OU correction is considered better than JNTUH.
