Osmania University offers a B.Tech/B.E. in the field of Engineering and Technology for a duration of four years with various specializations. The basic eligibility criteria for admission into B.Tech/B.E. is 10+2 & the selection is based on the merit secured in an Entrance Examination followed by Counselling. Osmania University B.Tech/BE Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 45% with Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry as a compulsory subject or Diploma for getting admission into B.Tech/BE

Selection to B.Tech/BE courses is based on the merit secured in Telangana State-Engineering Agricultural and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS-EAMCET)

Osmania University offers a B. Pharm in the field of Pharmacy for a duration of four years. The basic eligibility criteria for admission into B. Pharm is 10+2 & the selection is based on the merit secured in an Entrance Examination followed by a Counselling. The application forms are generally available in the month of April.

Osmania University B.Pharm Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10+2 with a minimum aggregate of 45% with Biology, Physics, Chemistry as a compulsory subject or Diploma for getting admission into B.Pharm

Osmania University provides various UG courses in the field of Arts, Science, Commerce, Education, Law & Management. The application process begins in the month of April and the classes commence in June or July. The main criterion for admission is merit in the qualifying exam, although students have to appear in the entrance test for some courses. OU offers courses like BA, B.Sc, BBA, B.Com, B.Ed, BCA, LL.B, B.P.Ed, B.Li.Sc., BHMCT The duration of such courses is 3 years.

The faculty of Education provides the degree of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.). The submission of application forms begins in March and the entrance test takes place in the same month.

Osmania University UG Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates have to pass 10+2 or equivalent with 40% aggregate marks in Science group for admission into B.Sc
• Candidates must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination in relevant stream for admission into BA, B.Com, BBA & BCA courses
• For taking admission into LL.B., candidates must have a Graduate degree with at least 40% aggregate marks or with 40% in B.Ed. or a PG degree
• For admission into B.Ed, candidates must have passed in the qualifying degree examination i.e. BA/B.Sc /B.,Com /B.Sc (Home Science)/ BCA.and BBM with an aggregate of 45% marks and above in Part II (Group subjects).
• Candidates must have a graduation degree in any discipline for getting admission into B.P.Ed
• Candidates must have a graduation degree with at least 40% in any discipline for getting admission into B.Li.Sc
• For admission into BHMCT, candidates should have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination

OU UG Selection Criteria

• Admission into BA/B.Sc/BBA/BCA is based on the merit secured in the qualifying examination
• For admission to B.Com. (Hons.), Osmania University conducts the Common Entrance Test
• For Bachelor of Law (LL.B.), the admission is granted on the basis of merit in TS LAWCET
• The admission to Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is granted on the basis of TS EdCET
• Osmania University also conducts a common entrance test (OUCET) for admission to Bachelor of Library and Information Sciences (B.L.I.Sc.)
• The admission to B.H.M.C.T. is granted on the basis of merit in Entrance followed by Aptitude Test conducted by the Osmania University
• The admission to Bachelor of Education (B.P.Ed.) is granted on the basis of TS-PECET

Osmania University offers Postgraduate programs such as MA, M.Com, M.Sc, Integrated M.Sc, MSW, M.Ed, MCJ, LLM, M.Li.Sc, M.P.Ed, MFC in the field of Arts, Commerce, Science, Education, Law, Mass Communication and so on. For admission into the Postgraduate program at Osmania University, the basic eligibility criteria is Graduation. Osmania University PG Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates have to pass Graduation with 40% aggregate marks in relevant discipline for admission into MA/M.Sc/M.Com/MSW/M.Li.Sc
• Candidates must have passed 10+2 with at least 50% for taking admission into Integrated M.Sc program
• For taking admission into LLM, candidates must have a Graduate degree in LL.B. or equivalent with at least 45% aggregate marks
• Admission into M.Pharm course, candidates must have a Graduate degree in B.Pharm from OU or any other recognized university with at least 55% 
• Candidates must have a graduation in relevant discipline for getting admission into MBA/ MCA courses
• For taking admission into M.P.Ed, candidates must have a Graduate degree in B.P.Ed
• Candidates must have a B.Ed degree for taking admission into M.Ed program
• For taking admission into MCJ, candidates must have a Graduate degree in relevant discipline

Osmania University PG Selection Criteria

• Admission into MA/M.Sc/M.Com/M.Ed/M.P.Ed/MCJ/MSW/M.Li.Sc/LL.M. is based on a valid score in OUCET conducted by the university
• Candidate must have a valid score in GPAT for admission into M.Pharm program

Admission into MBA/MCA is done on the basis of a valid score in ICET

Osmania University offers Postgraduate Diploma with different specializations. It is a full-time course and the duration of the course is 1 year. For admission into the Postgraduate Diploma program at Osmania University, the basic eligibility criteria is Graduation. • For admission into E-commerce & Taxation, Candidate have to pass in B.Com (All streams) with 40% in aggregate 
• Admission into PMIR, candidate must have a Graduate degree with 40% marks in aggregate in any discipline

Osmania University PG Diploma Selection Criteria

Selection to the PG Diploma at Osmania University is done on the basis of an Entrance Test conducted by the University

Osmania University offers a M.Tech/ME in the field of Engineering and Technology for a duration of two years with various specializations. The basic eligibility criteria for admission into M.Tech/ME is Graduation & the selection is based on the merit secured in an Entrance Examination. These programs are also offered on a Part-time basis for a duration of 3 years. Osmania University offers M.Tech degree in 3 specializations and ME degree in 5 specializations are tabulated below:

Osmania University M.Tech/ME Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed B.Tech/BE degree with a minimum aggregate of 55% from any recognized university or its equivalent. AMIE/AMIETE or similar qualifications are recognized as equivalent to a B.Tech degree.

Osmania University M.Tech/ME Selection Criteria

Selection to M.Tech/ME courses is based on the merit/rank secured in GATE. If a sufficient number of GATE qualified candidates are not available the admissions are made on the basis of the Entrance Test conducted by the University/Government.
