• At XISS, the campus placement takes place in two phases viz from October to December and from January to March.

• For the final year students, Pre-Placement Talks are conducted before the commencement of placement sessions every year.

• The institute also has a “Campus on Wheel” facility for the companies/organizations that are not able to visit the campus for the recruitment process.

• More than 83 companies participated in the campus drive among which 48 recruiters were new.

• Overall 285 offers were made with the highest salary of INR 14.50 LPA and an average salary of INR 5.31 LPA.

XISS institute not only provides good opportunities to MBA students in terms of education quality but also with college infrastructure and teaching faculty and placements. The overall placement percentage at the institute for MBA programs is around 90%. Packages offered to MBA students here range from 5 lakh to 15 lakh.
