Which one is better, MTech at IIT Bhubaneswar or MTech at IIT Ropar?
Since I am a student of IIT Bhubaneswar myself I can vouch for the institution and I think it will be a better choice to choose IIt Bhubaneswar for MTech than IIT Ropar. I don’t have much idea about IIT Ropar but I can guide you about IIT Bhubaneswar.

The school of Mechanical Sciences has 16 well-equipped laboratories along with a high-end computational lab. According to 2019 placement statistics, Mechanical Engineering at IIT Bhubaneswar had 83% placement. The average CTC offered was 11.44 LPA.
IIT Ropar has been ranked at no. 29 as far as the overall ranking provided by the Ministry of HRD for the Indian Universities. The campus placement is also good, 2019 placement statistics show, 64% of students got placed from the Mechanical Engineering department. As it is a new IIT good infrastructure facilities are there and trained faculties who guide the students to get good job opportunities.
