BE from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra (2020)

BIT Mesra, Ranchi is a great institution in terms of academics, curriculum, and overall experience. My sister is 2016 pass out and here what most of the students learned at BIT Mesra apart from their curriculum according to her:

  • Self-dependency: Every subject on earth, however complex it may be, every diagram, every equation, and every question can be self-learned from the scratch if you have the dedication or if the exams are near. Also, you don’t have to depend on the net if DC++ is there for anything under the sun. We don’t have to be at the mercy of the outside world if we share and care for each other.
  • Getting out of comfort zones: The campus, student, and faculty is so friendly that you’ll feel like you are at home.
  • Be prepared: It will definitely rain as soon as you step out of your room. In other words, you cannot control what the future withholds, so be prepared for all the experiences coming your way.
  • Getting Digital: The importance of digital learning, as all the classes are taught through smart classes and computers. The manual work still clogs our organizations and society and also is time-consuming.
  • Empower, not Encompass women: The curfew for girls at Hostel is 7 p.m. which isn’t a solution for women's safety. It only hampers creativity and chokes the vibrancy of the campus.
  • Aiming for Inclusive Development: There are so many poor villages surrounding our campus, which co-thrive with BITians.
  • Talent Recognition: Every student is different and has the talent of their own.
  • Friendship: You will learn more about friendship and how important these relationships are in our life.

If you take admission in BIT Mesra, you will learn more about life than engineering.
