The total fee for BTech and BTech lateral entry is INR 14.91 lakh and INR 11.37 lakh, respectively. Here are the semester-wise fees of various courses offered in BTech.

Additionally, the overall Registration Fees and Examination fees for every semester is INR 1000. The registration fees for the 1st semester will be collected at the time of counseling and for the rest of the semesters, the registration fees will be collected at the beginning of each semester. Examination Fees will be collected during the Form Fill up for the Semester Examination.

Masters from I. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University

For the academic year 2021, KIIT B.Tech fees were INR 1,75,000 per semester. In addition to the tuition fees, students need to pay an additional fee of around INR 75,000 for counseling, registration, and admission kit. The university changes INR 70,000 as hostel fees for two sharing AC rooms. The mess fee is INR 17500 per semester.

The fee structure for 4 years B.Tech at KIIT University is generally divided into two parts – (i) Semester Fees and (ii) Hostel Fees. Below is the total fee structure for a 4-year B.Tech student at KIIT University.

Pradyumna Bal Memorial Scholarship- This scholarship scheme is provided to two poor and meritorious students every year for completely free education.
KIIT Poverty-Cum-Merit Scholarship- This scholarship scheme is provided to poor and needy students. The amount and period of the scholarship are decided based on the requirements of the selected candidates.
KIIT Merit Scholarship- This scholarship scheme is provided to the toppers of the University (1st, 2nd & 3rd) of each semester for six months.
KIITEE Merit Scholarship– This scholarship is provided for free education of topper of KIITEE.
