If you want to pursue your master's just for the sake of a degree then it is very well and good, but if you are intending knowledge and exposure well many of my seniors recommend pursuing the masters from any of the globally recognized institutions such as IIT, NIT, and so on.

• It's better to start working even though you earn a bit less. No education institute will provide you with real-time working experience.
• Another better option is pursuing a certification course that is more valuable in the eyes of a recruiter.
• You can spend the entire one year in a certification course rather than wasting two years pursuing a master's.

Many top recruiting companies also take part in their placement program like Microsoft, TCS, IBM, Capgemini, ZS Associates, Crisil, Intel, Dell, HP, L&T, Phillips, etc. They also conduct industry visits and seminars, along with providing internships.
