Out of the three, you should definitely consider MNNIT Allahabad for studying B.Tech in CSE. Below are some of the reasons for the same.

MNNIT Allahabad has a high reputation in India, especially for its CSE program.
The college houses India’s first supercomputer, PARAM.
The placements are pretty good actually.

The official placement data of CSE for the year 2020 is given below.

Eligible Candidates	168
Number of students placed	162
Percentage of students placed	96.42%
Average salary	INR 18.02 lakhs per annum
Highest salary	INR 39.022 lakhs per annum

So undoubtedly, MNNIT Allahabad is a very good college for pursuing CSE and certainly is the best among the given options.
