One of my friends graduated a year back. He failed 10% of the course and scored 47.3% overall marks. He appeared for CAT exams multiple times till he got into a renowned IIM. He had scored 77.4% in his 10th board exams and 84.6% in the standard 12th exam.
The main thing is to ask yourself if you are motivated enough and willing to put all your efforts to get a 99.5% score in CAT and other management exams. This will help in opening many new opportunities.
The scores are not the key highlights, one must focus on all of the outer profiles that will make them stand out. You should be well presented in front of the interviews and answer everything confidently.
