Is it compulsory for IIM Indore IPM students to stay at an IIM hostel?
IPM is a residential program, which means it is compulsory to stay at the IIM Indore hostels while pursuing this course.
A number of assignments and group activities will be given to you in the duration of this course, and as a hostel resident, it will be easier for you to stay back for late hours in the college. The hostels for IPM students have all the necessary facilities, even though you’ll be sharing your room with another person for the first three years.

Yes it is compulsory for all the students of IIM Indore studying IPM to stay at the campus hostel knows as Student Residents. The reason behind this rule is that this program includes a lot of projects, assignments and group activities for which you will have to stay at the campus for long hours. In order to have a smooth running of the program, you have to stay at the hostel.
The condition of the hostel rooms is very good and the facilities available are among the best. The rooms are provided with all the necessary things such as beds, mattresses, tables, chairs and a big wardrobe for every student. The rooms are attached with washrooms and a balcony. There is also an internet connection available with a separate LAN port for every student.
Hence, all the IPM students of IIM Indore have to stay at the campus hostel, but the facilities available at the hostel are very good and students can completely enjoy their stay at the hostel.
