B.Tech from I. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University

You have to fill in the Application for duplicate DMC in PTU and attach the following documents

Photocopies of all result notifications/DMCs (as the case may be) duly attested by the Principal of the concerned College/Institute.
Original copy of FIR.
An affidavit duly attested from 1st Class Magistrate
ID Proof of the concerned student.

Duplicate Degree Certificate/DMC(s) will be issued within 07 days of getting the prescribed form and fee.

You can do it online via an online portal or you can visit the campus for the same. This is the only option that you have. The documents that you need to carry with yourself are as follows:

Diploma/Degree Certificate
Attested copy of Matriculation certificate
NOC from concerned college
Original copy of First Information Report (FIR)
Copy of requested certificate/Result Notification
ID proof

Along with this, ask them to give you a written declaration stating that you are a student of the college and have cleared all the subjects of the semester and that you require a duplicate DMC.
