IIM Kozhikode has a holistic approach to select candidates for its various management courses. PGPBL at IIM Kozhikode is a new course in the 1 year MBA category, due to this reason it is not as rigid towards the minimum CAT/GRE/GMAT requirement for student selection. But you are expected to put effort into your application at the same time.

This program has a very detailed application. With decent scores and in-depth application you can expect to crack the first stage of the admission process. But the program is attracting positive attention, so you can expect a rigid percentile requirement in the coming years.

I would recommend you apply for PGPBL at IIM Kozhikode and experience the rich selection process first-hand.

To get into PGPBL, you must have a high percentile as well as a high profile. You must have excellent academic credentials and a high CAT score, that is more than 98.5, as well as high growth promotions in manufacturing job roles.

They conduct a friendly interview with a few tricky questions about recent news or cases. You are also asked two to three questions about legal quandaries or conflicts of interest. They simply put your confidence and knowledge to the test.

There is no cut-off as such for admission. A higher score will be preferred. The PGP-BL admission procedure is designed in such a way that it evaluates you not only on CAT/GMAT/GRE scores but also looks at your profile and tries to find a spark of a leader.

There is relaxation for students who are from backward classes or do not have financial support(ST/Sc and EWS). If you are from this background you can get admission easily otherwise work hard because competition is increasing day by day. Be prepare.
