What are some helpful tips for students starting their first year at Madras University?
Madras University is among the oldest universities in the country and has the biggest library in Chennai. As a student of the university, you will have access to the huge collection of the university library. It stays open all year round. Utilize this privilege.
Attend your classes regularly and take class notes. The class notes help a lot during examinations. Study a few hours after college each day to improve your percentage. Maintain a good relationship with the professors and staff.
Participate in departmental activities. Join at least one or two clubs to explore your hobbies. If you are interested in sports, you can take part in district-level or state-level sports competitions.
