How do I get transcripts from the University of Rajasthan?

One of my friends studied at the University of Rajasthan. According to him, it is advisable to take all the scanned copies of your mark sheets, right from class 10th to all the semesters of your graduation, your college ID, and a copy of your degree when you visit the university.

• You can visit room number 118 in Patel Bhawan at 10:30 and make sure you reach on time since the process will take time. 
• Later, the Assistant Registrar will inform you to get a challan cut in room number 10. 
• It is better if you go for a subject-wise transcript since it will contain all the details and that will cost Rs.1200. 
• If you wish to send it to Canada, then they charge Rs.1650 extra to the amount. Do not forget that payment is acceptable only in cash. 
• Then, you are required to fill a template with your address and you will be given a soft copy of the proforma that contains significant details of your subjects and marks. 
• You will be asked to send the soft copy to their mail id again. 
• Please make sure to carry your own laptop so you can fill all the details carefully and take your time. 
• You will be given a hard copy of the performa on the University letterhead. 
• You will be instructed to go to room number 137 so that they can verify your documents, necessary details and review your performa.
