After the first year comes to an end, RGPV releases an online form on the official website. You need to fill the form to apply for a college transfer. Follow these steps to complete the process:

• Firstly consult the college you are willing to get transferred to and ask if they have vacant seats in their respective branch.

• Ask your current college and the college you are getting transferred to to provide NOC (No-Objection Certificate). It is mandatory.
